7.2. Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours (estimates only and not guaranteed). Estores Low Cost is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as shipping companies.
7.3. Upon delivery, customers must inspect the package carefully. If the box is damaged or shows signs of tampering, ensure the courier notes it on the delivery receipt, otherwise, reject the package and contact us. After receiving the order, the customer has 48 hours to report any issues.
7.4. Estores Low Cost is not liable for claims involving loss, theft, tampering, or manipulation of packages if the customer accepts delivery without a signature or opts for delivery to a mailbox.
7.5. If the customer is absent at the time of the first delivery attempt, a second delivery may incur additional charges.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
8.1. Customers have the right to withdraw from standard product contracts within 14 days of receiving the order.
8.2. Custom products, such as made-to-measure blinds, are excluded from the right of return under Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, except in the case of manufacturing defects or production errors.
8.3. A measurement variation of +/- 1 cm is not considered a defect. For blinds, the fabric height is always greater than the indicated height, as it does not affect the product's appearance.
8.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must contact customer service via the email or phone number listed on the website.
8.5. Each product is made specifically for the customer based on chosen measurements, fabric, and color. Color variations may occur due to screen settings. Customers are encouraged to request free fabric samples to avoid mismatches. As custom products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, refunds are not issued, but appropriate actions will be taken to resolve any issues.
8.7. Sample delivery is free and not limited. This service helps customers assess fabric texture and color before purchasing. Slight dye and weave variations may occur.
8.8. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of defects or order errors. We will refund the net order amount paid by the customer, deducting any shipping costs incurred.
9. Warranty
9.1. Products sold by Estores Low Cost are covered by a 2-year warranty under applicable law, covering manufacturing defects.
